  • 2 sweet onions, chopped
  • 4 medium sized potatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 large bunch of kale, coarsely chopped
  • Vegan chorizo

You can also serve this with warm multi-grain bread for dipping. Enjoy!

I made the Sausage and Kale soup last night. My husband and I really enjoyed it. He even said it was a keepah (New England accent translated keeper.) Thanks for sharing. I look forward to browsing your other recipes and ones to come.
