15 Minute Rainy Day Workout

It’s been raining here in Atlanta for what seems like forever.

Coming home late from work to a dark, cold and rainy night pushes going to the gym off of my list of things I want to do. I’d rather stay warm and dry at home, but I need to do something if I’m skipping the gym.

Here’s a quick full-body workout I’ve been doing that’s perfect for cold, rainy days:

15 Minute Rainy Day Workout

Do the circuit three times and it only takes 15 minutes. You don’t even need any equipment!

Tonight I did this while watching TV in my pajamas.

And then proceeded to indulge in lots of chocolate. Whoops.
